Details : I sold a hanging scroll. The material of the roller ends is ivory.
After receiving the item, this buyer complained as if the material were not ivory.
His persistence that the material were not ivory, did not make sense at all.
I just explained 10 times “Logically” that the material of the roller ends is ivory.
This buyer insane could not think logically.
He could not counter my insistence even once.
He just chanted “Accept return” Accept return”.
I told him that if buyer wants a seller to accept return, he must show an appropriate reason.
The buyer could not counter my insistence, just chanted “Accept return” again and again.
Finally, he threatened me to accept return implying negative feedback and filing a case to paypal.
I said him again that I would accept return if he could show any appropriate reason for return.
As a result, this crazy mad buyer insane never showed any reason, he just filed a case to paypal and left negative feedback on ebay.
While we were negotiating, this crazy buyer called himself an expert for Japanese arts.
It made me laugh.
His knowledge for Japanese arts was so poor.
He was rather a beginnier.
I could not believe that there exsists such a crazy man in this world !
